Pokes Pound Missouri State, 57-13

Game Highlights

Despite the starters only playing the first half, the Cowboys still managed to rack up 450 yards rushing on the day. It was only the second time in history that the Pokes had three 100-yard rushers. Kendall Hunter racked up 131 yards and 2 TDs on 11 carries as the starter, Keith Toston had a career day recording 147 yards and a TD on 11 carries, and Beau Johnson ran for 139 yards and 2 TDs on 13 carries.

Zac Robinson completed 2 passes on 4 attempts for 80 yards and a TD. Robinson's TD pass came in the first quarter on a 65-yard completion to Bo Bowling.

The defense had a good game allowing only 188 total yards and had some huge hits throughout the game. They never lost momentum after the forced fumble on MSU's 18-yard line on the first play of the game.
