Dez Bryant has beem held to only one catch for 16 yards so far. However, if Pettigrew didn't interfere with him on the hail mary before half, the stats and the score would look a lot better...

Score At Half -- Red Raiders 28, Cowboys 14
The Poke defense has not played very well thus far and the offense has been a little shaky. The Pokes need to come up with some stops on defense in the second half if they want to win the game.

Oklahoma State / Texas Tech Preview
On Saturday, the Pokes will play on of the biggest game in school history, and the same could be said for Texas Tech. With Big XII Championship stakes on the line, both teams are trying to come out with the victory. However, this game could also have BCS implications, considering much talk has been going around about the possibility of a one-loss Big XII team playing in the National Championship Game.
Oklahoma State Rush Offense v. Texas Tech Defense
With 1,120 yards rushing on the year, Kendall Hunter is 4th in the nation in rushing and will be a key part in the Pokes tomorrow. With at least 90 yards rushing every game this season, Hunter has been able to run all over opposing defenses. He needs to have another big game tomorrow if the Pokes plan on upsetting the #2 Red Raiders. Texas Tech's rush defense has actually been pretty good thus far, holding opposing teams to an average of 99 yards a game. Although, wasn't Texas' run defense ranked #3 in the county two weeks ago when Kendall Hunter ran all over them for 161 yards?
Texas Tech's Offense v. Oklahoma State Defense
The Red Raider's offense has proven to be one of the most elite units in the country. With Heisman contenders in Harrell and Crabtree, TTU is ranked the #1 passing offense and #2 ranked total offense in the country. Averaging over 550 yards on offense per game this season, the Red Raiders have yet to be stopped or even slowed down. The Pokes' defensive unit, led by Orie Lemon and Andre Sexton, will need to put on the same display they did against Texas two weeks ago. A strong pass rush will be a necessity if the Pokes want to stop Harrell's 450-yard passing average. Tight coverage on Crabtree will also be essential in slowing down the Raider offense.
Crabtree v. Bryant
Thus far, both of these receivers have put up freak numbers. Dez's numbers are better; however, Crabtree has made more catches in big games when the team need him most. Crabtree doesn't receive the double or even triple coverage that Dez does though. In the Texas and Mizzou games, opponents put two or three defenders on Dez which basically eliminated his threat from the game. When defenders worry about Bryant too much, other receivers are left wide open. So even if he is covered, the team benefits in the long run. I think Dez will come out today with a huge game against the mediocre TTU secondary. He will also be a huge part on special teams.

Ford and the Pokes Begin Exhibition Play, Destroy Rogers State, 112-75
Well the Travis Ford era has begun... Terrell Harris had a freak game almost recording a triple-double with 32 points, 10 rebounds and 7 steals. Harris was on fire hitting 6 of his 8 threes and shooting 11 of 16 inside the arc.
Four other players also had double digits for the Pokes tonight. Keiton Page and James Anderson both recorded 10 pts while Eaton and Muonelo also had 10+ points on the night.
The Cowboys will play their final exhibition game on Saturday against Langston.

OSU Stays at at #9 in BCS, Utah to #8??
I find this ridiculous. Utah, whose strength of schedule doesn't compare to any of the other top 10 teams, moved to the #8 spot after barely beating a mediocre, four-win New Mexico team, 13-10 on Saturday. I think it is absurd how Utah moved up 2 spots while we stayed at #9, regardless of their undefeated record. I mean, really, look at their schedule... I guess the 59-17 display we put on against ISU Saturday meant nothing to the pollers. They were more content with a 13-10 Utah win over New Mexico...
Utah's Schedule:
| OPPONENT | W-L (CONF) | RESULT | |
| 8/30 | @ Michigan | 1-0 (0-0) | W 25-23 |
| 9/06 | UNLV | 2-0 (1-0) | W 42-21 |
| 9/13 | @ Utah State | 3-0 (1-0) | W 58-10 |
| 9/20 | @ Air Force | 4-0 (2-0) | W 30-23 |
| 9/27 | Weber State | 5-0 (2-0) | W 37-21 |
| 10/02 | Oregon State | 6-0 (2-0) | W 31-28 |
| 10/11 | @ Wyoming | 7-0 (3-0) | W 40-7 |
| 10/18 | Colorado State | 8-0 (4-0) | W 49-16 |
| 11/01 | @ New Mexico | 9-0 (5-0) | W 13- 10 |
... Who have they beaten?
Pokes Move to #8 in AP Poll
After a 59-17 win over Iowa State this weekend, the Oklahoma State Cowboys moved to #8 in the AP poll. They took Georgia's spot after the Bulldogs got smothered by Florida on national television. Other notable changes include Texas Tech moving to #2 and Texas to #5 after the Red Raiders huge upset over the Longhorns last night. Alabama took over the #1 spot, Penn State stayed at #3 and Florida took the #4 slot.
Oklahoma State / Texas Tech Game Time Announced
It has been announced today by the Big XII that the OSU / TTU game will have a 7:00 PM kickoff time and will be televised on ABC. This will be the fourth time in the last five weeks that the Pokes play on national television.

Updated ESPN 'Flow Chart'
I really have no idea why they call it a flow chart, but here it is... We basically have to beat tech and have TTU beat OU.. (and win out...)
